Just raw wildflower honey. Available in pint size (1.3 pounds) or quart size (2.6 pounds) jars. Flavor and color varies depending on just what was flowering and attractive to the bees beofre harvesting the honey. Honey is not heated but is just passed through a screen before packing. It is always delicious no matter when it was collected. DO NOT GIVE RAW HONEY TO INFANTS under 1 year old.
